    For batteries and most large orders in the US this goes through FedEx ground or UPS Ground (this is mandatory if order includes battery due to regulations).

     

    We use Freight LTL, so not all destinations are always deliverable. If we are unable to deliver to your current address, we will notify you and request an alternative address.

    We ship your e-bike via UPS/FedEx/DHL, we will email tracking soon as it ships, and the Freight courier will call you to schedule the actual delivery appointment soon as it reaches the destination terminal. Unfortunately Fedex Freight is the fastest courier we have found to ship e-bikes.

    Yes, Talaria e-bikes comes with versions which are street legal in the USA. These models comply with local regulations, including speed limits and motor power restrictions. Always check your state’s specific requirements.

    Talaria e-bikes come with a standard 2-year warranty covering the motor, battery, and other critical components. The warranty ensures your bike is protected against manufacturing defects.

     

    Orders within USA will take 3 to 4 days to be delivered to your address while international orders will may take up to 6-8 days for 1-3 units/bikes and 14 – 20 days for 3 or more units/bikes depending on the country.

     

    Charging times vary by model, but most Talaria e-bikes take between 3 to 4 hours for a full charge using the standard charger. Fast chargers can reduce this time significantly.

     

    Battery lifespan depends on usage but is designed for long-term performance.
